Windows enclose new school commons this week

Jeremy Jeschke with G & D Viking Glass of Sioux Falls preps one of 63 window frames on the south side of the new Luverne Middle-High School entrance Friday afternoon. An additional 42 windows are being installed on the east side to fully enclose the future commons area. According to site superintendent Greg Dalbec with ICS Builds, the front part of the building will be fully enclosed to the elements by the end of the week. Crews are also preparing to set the remaining 56-foot precast concrete panels to enclose the new performing arts center located on the common’s north side.
