Remembering the pandemic on the 19th

In Minnesota on the 19th of each month, all U.S. flags outside of state and federal buildings in Minnesota are to be flown half-staff from sunrise to sunset. The directive, from Gov. Tim Walz, is to remember, mourn and honor lives lost due to COVID-19.
