Hup and Cowell are new realtor/owners in downtown office

David Hup and Billy Cowell have opened a RE/MAX Land and Home office in downtown Luverne at 117 E. Main Street.
The business partners have experience in the community renovating local properties and buying, selling and renting area homes, and the RE/MAX office is their official foray into the real estate business as realtor/owners.
RE/MAX Land and Home specializes in residential and commercial real estate in addition to buying and selling land and agricultural properties.
“Honesty and integrity are important to us, not only as new realtor/owners in the community, but as lifelong residents of Luverne,” said Hup.
“These are our friends and neighbors, and it is our hope with this new office that we’ll be able to offer the community an easy and anxiety-free way to buy and sell homes and properties. Our main objective is to quickly sell properties for the seller and to find the perfect home for buyers.”
Cowell echoed Hup’s sentiments.
“RE/MAX is such a trusted name in real estate and we are excited to be able to offer that to area residents and to those moving into the community,” said Cowell.
“When potential buyers and sellers see the RE/MAX sign and balloon, they know the property is represented by the company that sells more real estate than anyone else — and we are so glad to be a part of that.”
The office is currently staffed by Hup and Cowell with future plans to add more agents and expand their business.
The office is affiliated with RE/MAX INTEGRA, Midwest, the regional body for RE/MAX franchises in Minnesota.
