First Baptist Church of Luverne hosted its Vacation Bible School the week of July 18 under the theme, “Ocean Commotion.” Organizers said everyone had a “boatload” of fun learning about Noah and the great flood from the book of Genesis. Through songs, games, crafts and Bible time, children were taught how they can trust, obey and stand for God with lessons from the life of Noah and the flood.
