Luverne hotel earns franchise recognition
GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels and Crossings by GrandStay, has awarded four prestigious awards to the GrandStay Hotel & Suites, Luverne.
During a GrandStay Hospitality conference April 28-29 in Apple Valley, the Luverne hotel received “Customer Service” and “Web Hotel of the Year.”
The award recognizes the local business for how it treats guests and how it portrays itself online.
“GrandStay Hotel & Suites Luverne is a first-class hotel and brand,” said Bill Morrissey, president of Morrissey Hospitality Companies, Inc.
At the 2016 Brand Conference at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center April 20-21, the Luverne hotel received two other awards.
The 2015 Every Guest Every Time Customer Service award recognizes consistent high scores in guest surveys and through the brand quality assurance evaluations.
The 2015 GrandStay Hotels Property of the Year award honors the most outstanding hotel within the brand and recognizes the efforts of the hotel owners, managers and staff for delivering the best service, cleanliness and accommodations.
