I-90 collision injures passengers in Suburban

Local emergency responders were dispatched to a personal injury crash involving two vehicles and four people on I-90 east of Luverne Monday afternoon.
The crash at mile marker 13 in the westbound lane was reported shortly after 3 p.m.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Chevy Suburban, driven by Ericka Perez, 42, Pipestone, was traveling westbound when it collided with a westbound Peterbilt semitrailer driven by 46-year-old Terry Elliot Hubbard of Rushford, Minnesota.
Two juvenile passengers in the Suburban were transported to Sanford Luverne with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The report states that all involved were wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not believed to be a factor.
In addition to State Patrol, the Rock County Ambulance, Rock County Sheriff's Office, Adrian Ambulance and Luverne Fire Department assisted at the scene.
