Heesch earns Ford Motor senior master technician status

Steve Heesch recently completed Ford Motor Company requirements to be designated as a senior master technician.
Heesch completed 15 classroom courses, 57 online classes and at least five years of service at a Ford dealership.
He has 12 years of auto mechanic experiences and was hired at Herman Motor Co. in Luverne two years ago.
With the master service distinction, Heesch is certified to make Ford engine, drivetrain and chassis repairs.
“It’s nice in a small dealership that when there is a warranty he can do everything,” said Herman Motor Co. owner Joel Herman.
To maintain the master status, Heesch must complete all new required training and two electives annually.
