H-BC students participate in Celebration of Music Festival

Seven Hills-Beaver Creek music students participated in the Celebration of Music Festival March 4 in Brandon, South Dakota.
Students Bailey Spykerboer (playing flute) and Mazzi Moore (clarinet) were chosen for the seventh- and eighth-grade band.
Rebecca Swenson, Sylvia Fick, Madison Gaugler, Jaci Stubbe and Ashton Taubert were selected for the grades seven and eight choir.
Bob Goheen, former Brandon Valley High School instructor, was the band festival conductor.
Lindsey Ussery with O’Gorman Junior High in Sioux Falls, was the festival chorus director.
Students from 21 Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota schools participated in the festival.
