Farmers Market focuses on Corn

Visitors to last week’s Farmers Market near Redbird Field in Luverne learned about corn from several exhibits including a large combine parked at the end of the lot. Visitors learned about various types of corn (including popcorn), how the corn plant develops ears in the field and how some of that corn is harvested.
