Cox Realty & Land Services, LLC, recently hired Shane Sauer and Esther Kalass to assist with residential real estate, land sales, ag appraisals along with management services and consultations.
They join owners Alan and Cindy Cox, Adrian, and their daughter-in-law, Kayla Cox,
Sauer and his wife, Katie, and their four children live in the Luverne area.
“Shane’s attention to detail, combined with a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed his clients’ expectations, is a tremendous asset for our office and clients,” Alan Cox said.
Sauer said he looks forward to helping people getting their property on the market so they can move forward. “I am also excited to help new buyers to find their first place to call home,” he said.
Kalass lives in Magnolia and enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson.
“Esther’s bubbly personality and persistence to reach her goals from beginning to end is just one thing I admire of Esther,” Cindy Cox said. “Esther loves houses and the history each can tell. She will be a great asset to our company.”
Kalass bought her home through Cox Realty several years ago and said she enjoyed working with them, then as a client and now as an employee.
“I truly enjoy working with people and helping them accomplish a major milestone in their lives, like buying a home,” Kalass said.
