A Luverne couple appeared in Rock County District Court Tuesday on felony charges stemming from a June 12 domestic disturbance in their home on West Warren Street.
According to the criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Rock County District Court, Rodney Dale Thomas and Chasity Dawn Hughes were arrested after officers found methamphetamine and meth paraphernalia in their home.
They face two separate felony drug charges — one for storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child, and one for possessing meth.
They appeared for a bail hearing Tuesday, and their next court appearance is scheduled for June 27.
