Community celebrates Halloween with Truck 'N Treat

Hundreds of goblins, ghouls, princesses and minions stromed the streets of downtown Luverne for the annual Halloween Trunk N' Treet Friday, Oct. 29.
The Luverne Area Chamber and participating businesses hosted the event, handing out treats from the trunks and back ends of decorated cars, SUVs and pickups.
"Chamber members work to provide a safe, secure and organized atmosphere for children to enjoy this holiday," Chamber Director Jane Wildung Lanphere said.
