CEO students serve mo re than 350 Souper Supper meals

Students enrolled in the 2020-21 Southwest Minnesota Creating Entrepreneur Opportunities (CEO) class completed their class business venture Sunday by serving 206 meals during the drive-through Souper Supper at the SpringBrooke Events in Beaver Creek. As a group the students organized, arranged and served take-out containers of soup complete with a sweet roll. The students from high schools in Luverne, Hills, Edgerton, Adrian and Pipestone conducted the same Souper Supper Jan. 23 at the Hiawatha Lodge in Pipestone, where 154 meals were sold and picked up by community members. Proceeds from the supper along with a raffle and online auction are used to kick start the students’ individual businesses this spring for their final CEO assignment.
