Both The Oaks and Poplar Creek Estates on the campus of the Good Samaritan Society – Luverne have been recognized as a 2017 recipient of the Bronze National Quality Award.
The award honors the assisted living provider for its dedication to improving the lives of residents through quality care.
The distinction is one of three progressive levels through the National Quality Award Program, presented by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living.
Providers begin at the Bronze level where they develop an organizational profile with essential performance elements such as vision, mission statement, key strengths and challenges.
As a recipient of the Bronze level, The Oaks and Poplar Creek Estates can move forward for the Silver and Gold awards.
The award will be formally presented in October.
