Wednesday, Aug. 24: Chef salad with turkey, ham, cheese and dressing, tomato and cucumber slices, muffin, bar.

Thursday, Aug. 25: Liver or pepper steak, scalloped potatoes, peas, bread, apricots.

Friday, Aug. 26: Chicken chow mein, rice, chow mein noodles, oriental vegetables, mandarin oranges, cookie.
