NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE TO THE CITY OF LUVERNE ZONING ORDINANCENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Luverne Board of Appeals and Adjustments that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Luverne, Minnesota, at 5:00 p.m. on June 13, 2005, to consider a variance, as requested by Nathan Golla on behalf of Luverne Farm Store, Inc., to City Code Section 11.16, Subd. 2 (A), to allow two freestanding signs on business property instead of one and to City Code Section 11.16, Subd. 3 (a) to allow 60 sq. ft. of signage per side of freestanding sign instead of 32 sq. ft. per side on property located at 617 S.
