Notice is hereby given that the Rock County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2015, at the Rock County USDA Service Center located at 311 West Gabrielson Road, Luverne, Minnesota, at 8:00 p.m. to act on the following application:

A request for a variance to allow for the placement of a 12-foot by 20-foot telecommunications utility building within the road setbacks of 170th Avenue, as well as within the rear yard setbacks as allowed in the Rock County Zoning Ordinance.

Legal Description: Tract located in the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9 of
