City of Luverne public hearing set for Sept. 22

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council for the City of Luverne, Minnesota will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard at City Offices, 305 E. Luverne St, Luverne, Minnesota.

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the cable television franchise ordinance granting a franchise to Clarity Telecom, LLC to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television system in the City of Luverne. The hearing will focus on the conditions accompanying the grant of the franchise.

All interested persons should appear at the above date and time.
