Public Hearing set for July 20, 2015

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICTE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the City Planning Commission that two public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers located in the City Offices Building, 305 East Luverne Street, Luverne, Minnesota, commencing at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2015. The purpose of the hearings is to rule and make recommendation to the Luverne City Council on the following:

1. A requested land use amendment petition submitted by Great Plains Processing located at 301 South Walnut Ave, Luverne, MN to rezone 301 South Walnut Avenue from N-C Neighborhood Commercial to I-1 General Industry.

2. A Preliminary Plat for the Walnut Second Industrial Subdivision.

All persons desiring to be heard on these matters should be present at the hearing or present written comments prior to the hearing to the Building Official, P.O. Box 659, Luverne, MN 56156. Anyone needing reasonable accommodations or an interpreter should contact the City Clerk’s Office, 305 East Luverne Street, Luverne, MN. (507) 449-9898.
