NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LUVERNE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing has been called and will be held for the Luverne Economic Development Authority, on Monday, the 7th day of December, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Office Building at 305 East Luverne Street, Luverne, Minnesota, to consider public input regarding the sale of  Lot Three (3), Walnut Industrial Subdivision in the City of Luverne, Minnesota to Justin M. Kemp. 

Citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing, ask questions, and/or give comments.  Any citizen may also submit written questions or comments prior to the hearing by addressing them to the Economic Development Director, PO Box 659, Luverne, MN  56156-0659.
