Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116.07, subd. 7(a), Ryan Houg, has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or the County of Rock for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.

The proposed feedlot will be located in the SE 1/4 of Section 36 (fract) Rose Dell Township, Rock County, Minnesota. The proposed facility will consist of one new total confinement building with an underfloor liquid manure storage area capable of holding 2,400 grow to finish swine totaling 720 animal units. The total animal unit capacity at the facility will be 720 animal units.

This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5,000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.
