October 26, 2020

The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 

7:00 p.m in the H-BC Secondary School Media Center/via Zoom Mtg for Guest attendees –

based on MN Statute 13D.021.

Board members present were Bosch, Gehrke, Knobloch, LaRock, Rauk, Rozeboom

and Wysong. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business

Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance.

Motion by Bosch, second by LaRock, and carried to approve the agenda.

Proposed additions: 5.3, 5.4, 6.1

Visitor to the meeting was Mavis Fodness (Rock County Star Herald).

PATRIOT PRIDE:

-Homecoming Week October 19-23

-Dr. Frank Brogan, Assistant Secretary, United States Department of 

Education Virtual Visit, Tuesday, October 20

Motion by LaRock, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Minutes 10/12/2020.

Motion by Bosch, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Bills and Imprest.

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Donations:

$10,588.31 for FFA Corn Drive

Motion by LaRock, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve moving November

12, 2020 Board meeting to 6 p.m.

PERSONNEL:

Motion by Bosch, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve hiring Rachel Wipf as

Secondary Special Needs Paraprofessional to begin on or shortly after Thursday,

October 29, 2020.
