November 12, 2020

The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 6:01

p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Media Center/via Zoom Mtg for Guest attendees –

based on MN Statute 13D.021.

Board members present were Bosch, Gehrke, Knobloch, LaRock, Rauk, and

Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus and Business Manager Rozeboom were also

in attendance. Principal Kellenberger and Board member Wysong were absent.

Motion by Bosch, second by LaRock, and carried to approve the agenda.

PATRIOT PRIDE:

-Veterans Day Celebration 11/11

-800 GRAD Tickets handed out to High School Students since the beginning

of the school year.

-Elementary Fall Festival 10/30

-American Education Week 11/16-11/20

-Soils Judging Team Placed to go to State--Carter Hartz, Zander Wysong,

Donavan Leenderts, Max Scholten, Casey Kueter

Motion by LaRock, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve Consent Agenda:

-Minutes 10/26/2020.

-Bills and Imprest.

-Donations: City of Hills for COVID Expenses $3,764.50.

-Setting December 23 Teacher workday complete at student dismissal time.

-Assigning Brianna Leuthold as part-time Special Education

Paraprofessional beginning October 30, 2020 then for the remainder of the

2020-2021 school year.

-Accepting Kirsten Kooistra’s resignation as Paraprofessional effective at

the end of the workday December 11, 2020.

-Pay for Secondary Daily PE/Gym Bus Route pay of $40/day beginning with

November 1, 2020 until the end of the school year.

Motion by LaRock, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Resolution for

Canvass of Board member Election Results from Board Election November 3,

2020.

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve MSHSL

Foundation Resolution Form A.
