City of Hills seeks sealed bids for dirt by Dec. 8 

The City of Hills is accepting sealed bids for the sale of dirt, in which the buyer will be responsible for the hauling of such dirt. Sealed bids will be accepted until Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hills City Office, 301 S. Main Avenue, P.O. Box 172, Hills, MN 56138. Sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Dirt”. Sealed bids will be opened at the regular Hills City Council meeting on December 8, 2020, after 6:00 p.m. The Hills City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
