Rock County SWCD seeks bids by Jan. 16, 2024
NOTICE TO NO-TILL GRASS DRILL DEALERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Rock County Land Management/SWCD
until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16 2024, for One (1) new 7 ft. to 10 ft. wide no-till
grass drill capable of seeding native grass.
Specifications can be obtained in person at the Rock County Land Management/
SWCD at 311 West Gabrielson, Suite 4, Luverne, Minnesota. Specifications can be
mailed to the Rock County Land Management/SWCD at 311 West Gabrielson, Suite
4, Luverne, Minnesota, 56156.
Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Rock County Land Management/
SWCD at 311 West Gabrielson, Suite 4, Luverne, Minnesota, immediately following the
hour set for receiving bids.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond made in favor of the ROCK COUNTY SWCD for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects and
award contracts in the best interest of the Rock County SWCD.
