Sept. 11, 2023
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the H-BC School District Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Harnack, Helgeson,
Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger
and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Gehrke
was absent.
Assigned Tim Bosch as Acting Chairman.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve
the agenda. Addition to Agenda: 8.2.
Visitors to the meeting were Mavis Fodness (Rock County Star Herald) and
Megan Klumper.

high quote for Excess Property: Air Compressor
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Harnack, and carried to approve moving
regular board of education meeting for Monday, September 25 to 8 p.m.
Motion by Uittenbogaard, second by Harnack, and carried to approve
Donation Resolution:
-$6,083.58 from H-BC After Prom Committee for Senior Class of 2024
