Others present: Connie Wiertzema, EDA Secretary, and Lexi Moore, Reporter-Hills Crescent.Motion by Metzger, seconded by Elbers, to approve the minutes of December 13. Motion carried.The Board approved payment of checks #1539 and #1540. Motion carried.Motion by Hoff, seconded by Elbers, to approve the transfer of $138,000 from EDA checking to a CD.
