Dec. 27, 2021
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting
at 7:01 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills,
MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Fransman,
Gehrke, Harnack, Knobloch and Rauk. Superintendent Holthaus and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member
Rozeboom and Principal Kellenberger were absent.
Motion by Bosch, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda.
Visitors to the meeting - None.
Board Committee Meeting Reports:
-Building Grounds - 12/13
Motion by Fransman, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve Consent
Agenda:
-Minutes—12/13/2021
-Bills and Imprest
-Setting 2017 72” X-Mark Diesel Mower and attachments as Excess Property
and direct administration to sell.
-Setting Elementary and Secondary Kitchen Ovens as Excess Property and
direct administration to sell or dispose of.
INDIVIDUAL ACTION ITEMS:
Motion by Rauk, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Donation Resolution:
-$350 from the Steen Reformed Church for elementary and secondary
students in need.
-$60 from the Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council.
-$120 from the Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council.
