Last week 518 theater seats were removed and other preparations completed to transform the former Luverne Middle-High School auditorium, more commonly known as the Little Theater, into the new band and choir suites. Work begins in earnest Tuesday on the planned $30 million building project that includes an $8 million performing arts center. The project is scheduled to be completed in late 2020.
