Low bid is 45 percent more than engineer's estimate; project will be rebid this winter

The Highway 75 road construction is postponed until 2015. South of Main Street will be a mill off and overlay. North of Main Street will be a resurface. The entire length of town will be restriped to convert to a three-lane system — two way with a turn lane.
