Students participating in the Hills-Beaver Creek art program have projects on display at the Carnegie Cultural Center in Luverne during the month of March. Art students in grades 6 through 12 have artwork featured in the Rock County Area Youth Art Show in recognition of March as Youth Art Month. Mary Petersen, H-BC elementary and senior high art instructor, encourages the public to come and see student artwork, which includes submissions by students from Luverne Middle School-High School. The Carnegie Cultural Center is located at 205 North Freeman and is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
