The Hills-Beaver Creek boys’ basketball team won consecutive games for the first time this season when they upended Garretson 68-52 Saturday in Garretson, S.D.
Two nights after posting a road win in Adrian, H-BC used a strong second half to topple the Dragons by 16 points.
The Patriots led 32-29 at the intermission before outscoring Garretson 36-23 in the second half to win handily.
Jeff Sandbulte (23 points and six rebounds), Dylan Gehrke (18 points, 11 rebounds and six assists) and Dalton Bass (13 points, six rebounds and six assists) played key roles in the win.
Jon Gallagher grabbed 10 caroms for an H-BC team the sported a 42-23 rebounding advantage in the game.
