Craft brewery to open in Luverne
Business to occupy Connell, Sturdevant buildings on East Main

Pictured during a recent investment meeting are (from left) developer and manager Troy Hoekstra, Sartell; Bo Belanger of Ashland, Wis., owner of South Shore Brewery; and Luke Rensink, a Sioux Falls brewer who started Heist Brewery and will be the brewer on staff in Luverne. Belanger will be the master brewer of the local operation, which has a three-year contract with him and has the rights to his 24 beer recipes.
