AFS Exchange Student Betsabe Insfran is the winning designer of the 2011 button competition for the 61st Tri-State Band Festival. Betsebe is from Encarnacion, Paraguay. Encarnacion is located in the southern part of this South American paradise. Betsebe spent the 2010-11 school year at Luverne High School with AFS parents Keith and Melanie Petersen. Her artistic and creative talent may come from her mother, Nora Insfran, who is an architect.
