Students at Hills-Beaver Creek Elementary took to the stage Monday for their winter concert. Kindergartners through third-graders each took turns singing songs from “Holiday Moosical.” It was the story of a moose who wants to help fly Santa’s sleigh. She struggles to teach other characters from the story to believe that it is possible. Marty, played by Josie Scholten, teams up with the little bluebird, played by Levi VandenBosche, to do things they don’t know how to do. By the end of the performance Marty can fly and the bluebird can sing. Students from the third-grade class had a variety of speaking parts.
