Now that the NCCA Tournament and the Master’s Golf Tournament are over, it’s back to work for all of you.
I include myself when I say that. All I can say is I hope you fared better on your pools than I did.

Just an FYI — the citywide trash pickup starts next week. Be sure to follow the rules for what you can haul to the curb and how to sort your junk.
If you are like me and drive around town to see if there is any curbside junk you might be able to use, be careful because junk driving can be dangerous.
Junk drivers tend to be preoccupied with what is on the curb and not so much what is on the road in front of them.
While junk drivers can be hazards on the road, they pale in comparison to a rummage sale driver.
The issue with rummage sale drivers is that they throw speed into the mix. Junk drivers are more casual drivers who slowly go from one pile to the next. The rummage sale drivers usually have their routes mapped out, and the faster they can get to the next location, the better their odds of finding a good deal.
Rummage sale drivers also throw parking rules out the window. I’ve seen rummage sale drivers just park their cars in the middle of the street, oftentimes leaving the car running and the driver’s door open.
They make a dash to the sale for a quick check of the rummage sale inventory, and if they don’t like what they see, it’s off to the next sale.

By the way, the citywide rummage sale is the weekend of May 5 and 6.
