NOTICE OF PIUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF LUVERNE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Luverne will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Council Chambers, 305 E. Luverne Street, Luverne, MN
56156.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the end
results of the grant application that the City of Luverne received from the Minnesota
Department of Employment & Economic Development Small Cities Development
Program for funds to rehabilitate single family owner-occupied housing rehabilitation,
rental rehabilitation, and commercial rehabilitation. The public hearing is intended to
provide citizens with an update about the program.
All persons who may have an interest in the program are encouraged to attend
the public hearing.
