By Sara StrongA 16-year-old male was taken to Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls Monday morning after jumping from the roof of Southwest Youth Services, Magnolia.Administrator Don Johnson said the boy won’t likely return to the non-secure detention facility.He said, "There was no indication of self-harm issues before this incident, and he needs more in depth help than we can offer here."At the time of the jump, the Sheriff’s Department and ambulance were already at the scene, having been called by Southwest Youth Services.All staff at the facility is also trained in basic first aid and CPR.
