Deb Warner sits under the 2,997 paper doves hanging in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church sanctuary in Hills. Warner spent seven months creating the doves for this weekend’s celebration of the church’s founding 150 years ago. Written on each dove is the name and date of a person baptized at Bethlehem Lutheran. The celebration’s theme is, “’Remember. Renew. Rejoice.”
