Minnesota West Community and Technical College Luverne Center will host a 10-year Anniversary Celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6. The school entrance opens into what was at one time the medical clinic entry. In the past 10 years the Luverne Learning Center has awarded 403 degrees to 373 different students, and the school continues to add programs fro degrees, both Associate of Arts and coursework toward bachelor's degrees.
