Five golfers qualify for state meet

The 2019 golf season came to an end for three Luverne girls during the final day of play at the Section 3AA Tournament at Oakdale Golf Club near Buffalo Lake May 28.

Luverne junior Anna Huisman, sophomore Paige Sandbulte and freshman Elise Ferrell qualified for the second day of section competition when the tournament opened at the same site May 22.
